AI Accuracy & Responsibility

Aaptics is an artificial intelligence tool designed to assist in content generation. While our Voice DNA engine strives for maximum stylistic accuracy, the output is generated by AI. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all content before posting it to LinkedIn or any other platform. Aaptics does not guarantee the factual accuracy of AI-generated drafts.

Account Terms

• Users must be at least 13 years of age to access and use Aaptics.
• Strictly one account per user is permitted. Account sharing or transferring is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Fair Use & Restrictions

We provide Aaptics for personal and professional content creation. To maintain system stability and protect our intellectual property:

• Automated scraping or mass extraction of our API, interface, or generated data is strictly prohibited.
• Users may not use Aaptics to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer our Voice DNA engine will result in immediate account termination.

Liability & LinkedIn Compliance

Hewmind Labs provides this tool "as is." While we optimize for platform engagement, Hewmind Labs is not responsible for any account restrictions, shadowbans, or penalties imposed by LinkedIn resulting from the use of AI-generated content. Users should stay informed about LinkedIn's evolving community guidelines regarding automated tools and AI content.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Aaptics at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
